 Production Process 1 

Hi there! So this week we started filming some of the scenes for our project. We took advantage of some of the time we had at school to shoot the introduction scenes when our main character, Maddie, was walking around school. We had so much fun interacting with each other and working together on this journey. 

Recording our first scenes 

As we previously discussed, Maddie's wardrobe is mostly composed of cool tones of clothes and she wears mostly dark colors which reflect her feelings and internal emotions, therefore we kept that idea on the actual scenes we filmed. 

We wanted to start the scene in the school hallway, where Maddie can be seen alone, she is not so close to the camera, yet her sadness and melancholy can be detected from a far distance. We decided that she would wear only black clothes and I actually believe it was a great idea, not only because as we said, it reflects her feelings but she could be easily identified by the audience regardless of the distance between the camera and the character, she stands out not for vibrant colors, but for an emptiness of color.

In conclusion, I am really happy now that we have started filming, I think it is one of my favorite parts of the project and to be able to interact and share my thoughts with others.
